While using AssetAccountant, you may want to add other users to your organisation or register to assist managing it. To do that, navigate to Organisation Settings on the left hand menu (1), to the Users tab (2) and click Invite User (3).
Enter their email address (1), select their organisation role (2), edit which registers they have access to and their permissions within that (3), and click Save (4).
NOTE: You cannot invite Users to an Organisation and/or a Register with a higher permission level that you have.

Revoking Invitations:
Until the recipient of the invite has accepted the invitation, they will be listed in the Users tab of both Organisation Settings and Register Settings.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
For data security and privacy reasons, AssetAccountant staff are NOT authorised to add or change Users or increase/decrease their existing privileges for Organisations and individual Registers. Please seek this action from your manager(s) who have been assigned the applicable User Roles identified below (a Manager, Administrator or the Owner of the account).
